Digital factoring in action: Chernogolovka's supply chain is financed on OZ PLANET
The Russian holding Chernogolovka (AQUA PRODUCTS LLC), a major beverage producer supplying retail chains in Uzbekistan, has become an important OZ PLANET client. Since February 2025 the company has successfully integrated OZ PLANET digital factoring into its operations to optimize cash flows and serve customers more effectively.
In the Uzbek market, Chernogolovka has built an extensive customer base, with most buyers receiving deferred payment after meeting contractual volume commitments. A significant link in the supply chain is the Korzinka supermarket chain, which is also in the OZ PLANET orbit. As it expands its regional presence, Chernogolovka seeks to secure enough working capital for successful growth.
Joining the OZ PLANET digital platform was a strategic decision for Chernogolovka's business in Uzbekistan. The company gained the ability to manage working capital flexibly and respond quickly to growing demand. In its first month on OZ PLANET, the company successfully completed several factoring operations. A key benefit of switching to digital factoring was fast approval of applications and quick financing of deferred-payment contracts.
According to the company's management, digital factoring has improved cash flow management, the quality of budget planning and the logistics of deliveries to retail chains.
