against future payments from buyers.
Turns payment deferrals into working capital

The OZ PLANET platform makes this process as convenient as possible:
- You submit one application and receive offers from the country's leading banks
- You choose the best financing terms (financing percentage, fee, term, etc.)
- You upload documents online, and sign the contract with an electronic signature (EDS)
- Money arrives in your account fast, within a day of shipment
- Everything online: no bank visits and no long waits.
One digital environment for all parties
The platform automates factoring from application to final payment: it generates documents, controls limits, protects against double assignment, monitors the status of every operation, keeps a deal history, and ensures a paperless process with multi-level information security.
Supplier
Submits data via the platform and receives financing right after the delivery of goods / services is confirmed.
Debtor (Buyer)
Confirms the delivery and pays the bank when the payment deferral ends, in line with the contract with the supplier.

FAQ
How is factoring different from a loan?
Factoring is not a loan — it is the sale of your receivables to a bank for immediate cash. Unlike a loan, factoring does not add debt to your balance sheet, requires no collateral or guarantees, is decided in 1–2 days and does not affect your credit history. In addition, a factoring agreement is a framework agreement: it is signed once and remains in force indefinitely, letting you automatically receive financing for every new delivery.
In short: a loan is debt you repay yourself; factoring is fast payment from your buyer via the bank plus a convenient framework mechanism for continuous turnover.
Who can get factoring?
Factoring on the platform is available to almost any business that works with deferred payments.
Key requirements:
- A legal entity registered in Uzbekistan
- Real deliveries of goods or services with deferred payment (30–180 days)
- No serious overdue tax or bank payments
- An active electronic digital signature (EDS)
It may be harder for:
- Startups with no delivery history
- Companies with a high debt load or a negative credit history
- Businesses without documented shipments
Applying is free and non-binding — the bank will assess your situation within minutes.
How much does factoring cost?
The cost of factoring is the fee (discount) the bank charges for financing. It depends on the deferral period, the buyer's reliability, the type of factoring, the amount, the currency and the bank.
The average factoring rate in Uzbekistan is about 2–4% for the deferral period (with an average deferral of 2 months); for international factoring (in foreign currency) — from 19% per annum.
The exact cost is calculated individually for your deal. To get a current rate, apply on the platform and see real figures within minutes.
No hidden charges, subscription or platform fees; the fee is shown upfront in the bank's offer.
What documents are required?
| Within the Republic of Uzbekistan | International factoring | |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and framework agreement stage | Electronic digital signature — Charter documents — Settlement account details — Contract with the buyer (or a framework supply agreement) |
Electronic digital signature — Charter documents — Settlement account details — Foreign trade contract |
| Submitting a specific deal / shipment | — Invoice | — Transport documents (customs declaration, bill of lading, CMR, air waybill, etc.) |
How quickly is a decision made?
At the framework agreement stage:
Within 1 hour of applying (the platform's partner banks review the application in parallel).
For each individual shipment (within an established limit):
The decision is automatic and takes minutes. Financing arrives within 24 hours. The average time from uploading an invoice / waybill to receiving the money is 1 business day.
You can track the status in real time on the platform:
What if the buyer doesn't pay?
It all depends on the type of factoring you have chosen.
Classic factoring: the non-payment risk lies with the supplier
If the buyer has not paid on time:
- the bank notifies you of the delay;
- you must return the financing to the bank plus penalties (under the agreement);
- you then recover the debt from the buyer yourself (through the courts, claims, etc.).
Reverse factoring: the non-payment risk lies with the buyer (debtor)
If the buyer does not pay on time, the bank claims the money from the buyer, not the supplier. In this case the supplier incurs no financial losses.
International factoring: the non-payment risk lies with the resident
If the foreign counterparty (buyer or seller) does not pay on time, the resident repays the debt to the bank and recovers it from the foreign counterparty on its own.
