In the media: OZ PLANET's director comments to Kursiv at the joint CBU, IFC and FCI conference on new business financing methods
On 5 December 2024 OZ PLANET took part in a conference on innovative business financing methods, organized by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan together with IFC and FCI.
The main topic was the development of the factoring market in Uzbekistan. Experts explained to business and financial institution representatives that developing factoring as a financial tool will expand SMEs' access to financing, and thriving small and medium-sized businesses will create the jobs the country needs.
During the conference, OZ PLANET director Alexander Bogdanov gave an interview to the newspaper Kursiv, explaining how OZ PLANET and its partner banks are making factoring financing accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
